Ready to know EXACTLY what to do during a meltdown...the throwing, hitting, screaming kind?

Your child is mid-meltdown. You’ve yelled. You’ve threatened the iPad. You’ve said things you didn’t mean.
Say hello to a simple meltdown plan taught in just over an hour.

If you’re a parent who’s ever thought, “I can’t keep doing this" then this is for you.

You don’t want to yell. You don’t want to threaten. You don’t want to hold the door shut as your child screams on the other side. But when your child is mid-meltdown and nothing is working, it feels like survival.

Here's the thing, you can de-esculate your child and you with simple steps, but right now, you are stuck in the meltdown spiral.

It starts withNo iPad for a week.”
Three minutes later, you’re shouting “Make it two!” just to feel heard.
Now you’re both melting down, and the iPad has become a stand-in for your authority, your boundaries, maybe even your worth as a parent.

Five minutes later, you’re standing there, guilt sinking in,
Googling: “how to stop a meltdown and still hold your boundary."

The Meltdown Plan gives you a way out of that moment. A clear, steady plan to follow, even when everything’s loud, messy, and hard, so you can stay calm and help your child come back to calm faster too.

✔️ Respond calmly even when your child is screaming, hitting, or spiralling
✔️ Know exactly what to do when nothing seems to work
✔️ Handle meltdowns in real time with confidence and clarity
✔️ Get real-life ideas (not a nice idea that doesn't actually work) and troubleshooting steps that actually help

AND THOSE MOMENTS?

✔️Have probably got you feeling like a failure, when yet again you couldn't stay calm

✔️And wishing you had clear steps of what to actually do, not just theory (you know, you know, stay calm... but HOW?)

✔️Or even worse? Feeling like nothing will ever change.

BUT IT DOES NOT need to be this way!!!

REAL TALK

Maybe right now, meltdowns feel like quicksand; the more you try to fix it, the faster it all falls apart.

What if you had a meltdown plan that didn’t just sound good in theory, but actually held up when everything falls apart?

You’ve read the tips. You’ve tried to remember what you are supposed to say. But when your child is raging and you’re yelling back, none of that feels possible.

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all script. It’s a flexible, practical plan grounded in real-world experience, multiple evidence-based methods, and a deep understanding of what intense kids actually need when everything’s coming undone.

👉 “What can I do when everything’s already on fire?”

That’s the question this plan answers, with steps that are doable and follow up plans when the first thing doesn't work.

Because intense kids’ meltdowns aren’t the “take a deep breath” tantrums you see on Instagram. They’re messy, emotional, full-body storms. and The Meltdown Plan was made for exactly that.

That’s what makes The Meltdown Plan different.

With The Plan…

Meltdowns feel less intense

You know what to try next when the first thing doesn't work.

You stay calmer, even when your child is screaming or trying to hit.

You finally feel confident, not worn down and defeated.

The same battles repeat, and nothing changes

You walk away wishing you’d hadn't yelled or threatened

The guilt sits heavy and the chaos doesn't shift

The stress builds, and your whole family feels it

Because the tools you’ve been given weren’t built for this.

My work focuses on helping parents of spicy, intense kids, shift from guilt, panic, and reactivity to calm, confidence, and real connection — even in the hardest moments.

All this leads to parents experiencing more joy in parenting.

This course gives you the exact tools I teach my clients, distilled into short, practical steps you can actually use in real time.

A PCI Certified Parent Coach and Parent Educator, former kindergarten teacher and fellow POSK (parent of spicy kid).

I have a B.Ed and M.Ed, and Master’s level parent coaching certification and I’ve spent years specializing in support for parents of intense, explosive, highly sensitive kids.

I created The Meltdown Plan because the truth is, most parenting advice simply doesn’t work when your child is mid-meltdown, yelling, hitting, spiralling out of control.

If you're ready to stop scrambling and start leading,
The Meltdown Plan is your next step.

I get it.

Most advice wasn’t built for explosive, sensitive kids the kids who go from 0-100 in seconds.

That’s exactly why I created The Meltdown Plan  because you need more than “validate and stay calm.”  You need to know what you'll do when you tried the strategy, and your child hits you instead of calming down!

“I’ve tried scripts and strategies before AND they didn’t work for my child.”

Still Wondering if this is for you?
☑️ You’re walking on eggshells, waiting for the next blowup.
☑️ Other parenting advice hasn’t worked in the heat of the moment.
☑️ You’ve tried everything and still feel stuck.
☑️ You want a clear plan built for your intense, sensitive child.
☑️ You’re ready to feel confident, not guilty, after meltdowns.

HERE's WHEN YOU'LL USE THE MELTDOWN PLAN

✨ You tell your child screen time is over, and they throw down the Ipad and run at you

✨ You let them know it's time to clean up, and they scream no, and are now throwing blocks at your head.

You pick them up after school, they walk into the house and immediately start yelling at you because their LEGO has been moved.

✨After a playdate, they demand you get them ice cream and kick the back of your seat while you are trying to drive.

✨ When the strategy you just tried doesn’t work — and you need to know what to do next.
THIS IS ME! I'm ready for this plan

FAQ

What age range is this course best for?

The course is designed for parents of children ages 2-8 years old. However, parents with children both younger and older will find some of the information beneficial.

How long will it take to work?

Many parents tell me they feel relief the very first time they use the plan — simply because they finally know what to do in the middle of a meltdown. Of course, like any new skill, the more you practice, the more natural it becomes. Think of it as a muscle: the more you use it, the stronger it gets.

Will this get rid of my kid’s meltdowns?

The course was designed for parents of intense, explosive, highly sensitive or spicy kids between the ages of 2 years old and 8 years old. You do not need to specifically know that your child fits into this temperament category. If the meltdowns in your home are intense and long, and you don't currently have a consistent helpful approach, the course is for you!

No — and as you'll learn in the course, it's actually not the goal.  The Meltdown Plan has helped parents reduce the intensity and duration of the meltdowns, and in some cases the frequency.
